The perspective works, the only problem is that it appears to form with the shadow from her shirt, if you look at it closer you can see the differentiation between the red from the staff and the dark from the shadow.

The staff does not seem to come forward enough to match the way the right hand wraps around it. Either that, the left hand should be larger or the right hand smaller, to compensate for how far back the staff seems to be.

I agree with the people above

I like the picture, too, but I can't really tell how she's holding the staff. It seems like it should go behind her back, but because the line of the staff is the same as the line of her clothes, it seems like it should go in front... Also a little because of her hand, I think.
Anyway, the colouring is really nice and I love your "messy" linework.

The staff goes behind, you have to tell by looking at the color.
